Entry Requirement

Academic entry requirements:    

  • Relevant undergraduate degree (any class, any subject area) or ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent professional qualifications; or;    
  • Applicants who do not meet the stated entry requirements may apply via the Mature Route through the approved RPL. Applicants will be asked to provide evidence of three years’ managerial work experience, plus certificates/ transcripts of their highest qualifications achieved to date. Applications via this route are assessed on a case-by-case basis.    

English language requirements:

  • High school in English or
  • IELTS 5.5 or equivalent or
  • Two years' work experience in an English-speaking environment (upon approval by the admissions board)   

Applicants who do not meet the academic criteria may be considered based on post-secondary level education and working experience under certain circumstances, subject to review from the LSBF Academic Admissions Board.

Pathway 1: Business Administration

This pathway provides students with a strong foundation in the key aspects of business and management relevant to today’s organisations. It equips graduates with the knowledge, skills, and competences required for effective managerial behaviour in complex and dynamic business environments. The curriculum and teaching approach are designed to ensure that students are “work ready” upon graduation. 

Undergraduate Courses 

An undergraduate degree allows you to develop an in-depth understanding of your chosen area of study while gaining the confidence and connections required to progress in your dream career. It is possible to complete an undergraduate degree in only three years if studying full-time. 

LSBF (London School of Business and Finance) currently offers two online bachelor’s degree in the UK options: BSc (Hons) Business Administration and BSc (Hons) Financial Management, both awarded by the London School of Business & Finance (Malta). These undergraduate courses are designed to prepare students for leadership roles in finance and business. 

Offering students the opportunity to choose from two distinct pathways: 

The programmes follow a modular structure with three terms per year. 

This structure provides flexibility and a clear pathway, ensuring that students steadily progress through core knowledge before focusing on advanced modules and projects. 

By the end of their studies, graduates of LSBF Malta’s Business Administration and Financial Management degrees will have the ability to: 

  • Critically evaluate the impact of organisational behaviour and macroeconomic factors on business strategies. 
  • Analyse the role of financial and marketing strategies in global business environments. 
  • Apply and assess corporate governance and legal frameworks to manage organisational risks, support long-term profitability, and enhance overall business performance. 
  • Evaluate cross-cultural management strategies and their influence on international business operations, with particular attention to sustainability. 
  • Apply quantitative methods and research techniques to inform decision-making and improve outcomes across business and financial functions. 
  • Assess the interconnections between operations management, financial management, and other strategic business functions to drive organisational growth, profitability, and efficiency. 
  • Apply research methods to support evidence-based decision-making in finance, investment, and broader business strategies.
  • Develop strategies for managing business projects that integrate principles of project management, global business practices, and governance and ethics to achieve financial and operational objectives. 
  • Analyse international marketing and global management practices to understand their role in driving competitiveness and business expansion across diverse markets.

You can also study the final Year of an Undergraduate Degree

If you already hold a foundation degree, Higher National Diploma (HND), or an equivalent qualification, you might consider advancing to a full undergraduate degree by enrolling in a top-up programme at LSBF. A top-up degree represents the final year (Level 6) of a bachelor's course and enables you to upgrade your current qualification to a full BSc (Hons) in Business Administration  and BSc (Hons) in Finacial Management. It's also a great option if you wish to complete the final year of your degree in London Online.

This pathway focuses on the core areas of management and finance essential to modern business organisations.
